NTPC Green Energy Limited IPO
NTPC Green Energy engaged in they are the wholly owned
subsidiary of NTPC Limited, the ‘Maharatna’ Central Public Sector Enterprise. They
are the largest public utility in renewable energy in terms of operating
capacity (excluding water) as of September 30, 2024, and electricity generation
in FY2024. Letters of Offer “LoAs” with the off taker being Solar Energy
Corporation of India (is a Central Government agency like “SECI”). They believe
they have strong in-house experience in the NTPC Group in the development and
procurement of renewable energy projects for solar projects, they normally take
responsibility for procurement of key equipment and materials and manufacturing
personnel the project builds, installs and dedicates the solar power plant.
